Here, you'll find some of our most commonly asked questions. If these don't provide what you're looking for, please reach out through the contact form above.
1. What is the difference between a Wedding Planner and a Day Coordinator?

A wedding planner is more of a decision-maker than a wedding coordinator will be. They can help you to create a theme or feel for the day, design decor, set and manage your budget, book vendors, and help to actually plan the wedding. A coordinator is there to make sure the plans you made are carried out properly.

2. How far in advance should we book a wedding planner?

6 - 12 months prior to your wedding date is preferred. We have planned weddings in a much shorter time frame however if you have specific vendors you would like for your wedding, book them in asap to avoid the disappointment of them being unavailable.
Booking a wedding planner should be the first vendor couples book in as they help with finding the other vendors which are a perfect fit for your wedding.

3. What does a wedding day coordinator do and are they worth it?

A day-of wedding coordinator is a person responsible for making sure the wedding day or weekend is executed perfectly. Their roles include overseeing vendors, managing the timeline, and overcoming any last-minute challenges that arise during the festivities. Day-of-wedding coordinators are very helpful in the final months/weeks of planning as well as reduce the pressure often associated with day-of logistics. A wedding couple should be able to enjoy their special day, not worry about their planned details and their execution on the day of the wedding!
